#Order Steps:
1. Place order through WhatsApp hotline (97499290) or order form link (https://bit.ly/3dnZYNF)
2. Happy Cow will send the order details (products, quantity, amount and payment method) to customers for confirmation
3. Customers can base on the order details to pay us. After paid, please send the payment receipt/bank transfer record to our colleague through WhatsApp hotline
4. After confirmed the receiving payment by our account department, our colleague will inform the customer about the delivery date through WhatsApp hotline. Delivery service will be provided by the third party delivery service company. Delivery period should be around 2-5 working days, depends on circumstance. Kindly noted that it can be discussed for the delivery date but not for the delivery time. Delivery time only can base on the truck schedule of third party delivery service company.

Payment method:

#Terms & Conditions:
1. Please mark the order person name and mobile phone on the payment receipt or transaction record photo clearly for checking usage.
2. Payment receipt or transaction record photo need to be showed clearly about the bank account number, transfer/payment date, payment amount, transaction code etc. Otherwise, it will be invalid. Kindly inform our colleague though WhatsApp hotline within 1 working days after paid. After confirmed the receiving payment by our account department (normally it needs around 2-5 working days to receive the customers’ transaction information), Happy Cow will issue the delivery note to the third party delivery service company to arrange the delivery (if customers cannot meet the confirmed date and time to receive goods, Happy Cow has right to cancel that delivery service and will not refund for that order).
3. Each order can be delivered to ONE location only.
4. This delivery service is only available for designated products and deliver in Hong Kong. Only the specified delivery service areas are included Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories (such as Tung Chung those remote areas which need to discuss further with our colleague first about the availability). Any delivery locations which haven't the elevator, e.g tenement house and village house etc. we cannot provide the delivery services to these locations. And any restricted areas and areas where the trucks are prohibited which are including border restriction areas, all outlying island, Hong Kong Conference and Exhibition Center, Hong Kong Airport, container terminals, logistics company / center, warehouse / hotel receiving goods department etc. we also cannot provide the delivery service. In case of the customers provide the unknown or wrong address which cause the goods to be fail delivered, customers will be liable and no refund will be given.
5. In cases of force majeure and other unforeseeable, extraordinary circumstances for which we are not responsible, for example operational troubles and interruptions due to fire, water, or similar events, failures of production facilities and machines, disruptions or obstructions in traffic, weather condition and so on. We will postpone the delivery.
6. Once all order have been confirmed and received the payment, it cannot be cancelled, modified or refund.
7. This delivery service is unacceptable for cash or cheque payment.
8. Happy Cow reserves the right of final decision on this delivery service. The service hour of WhatsApp hotline is 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday only, except Saturday, Sun & Public Holiday).
